Bu çalışmada Erzurum Çocuk Yuvası’nda ve aileleri yanında kalan ilkokul çağındaki çocuklarda, ruhsal uyum belirtileri açısından fark olup olmadığı, Hacettepe Ruhsal Uyum Ölçeği kullanılarak araştırılmıştır. Çocuk yuvasında barınan çocuklar arasında uyumsuz çocukların oranı, kontrol grubuna göre oldukça yüksek bulunmuştur. Bulgular tartışılarak yorumlanmaya çalışılmıştır.

In this study, the difference between the children living with their parents and living in Erzurum Children’s Foster Care Home has been investigated from the point of psychological adjustment. Psychological adjustment scale which was developed at the Hacettepe University, Department of Child Psychiatry was used. It was found that the rate of non-adjustment among children living in children’s foster care home was higher than that of control group.
