Travma Sonrası Stres Bozukluğu ile Birlikte Görülen Psikiyatrik Bozukluklar

Travma sonrası stres bozukluğu (TSSB) ile ilgili çalışmalar, çok sık olarak diğer bir psikiyatrik bozukluğun TSSB tanısına eşlik ettiğini gösterir. TSSB tanısı ile birlikte görülen psikiyatrik bozuklukların geniş bir yelpaze içinde dağılmasının nedenleri ve etkileri ile ilgili konular tartışmalıdır. TSSB belirtilerinin ortaya çıkma riskinin, diğer psikiyatrik bozuklukların sıklığı ve niteliğiyle ilgili kaynakça gözden geçirildi. TSSB belirtilerinin eşlik eden diğer psikiyatrik bozukluklardan ayırıcı tanısı tartışıldı.

Psychiatric Disorders Associated With Posttraumatic Stress Disorder

The studies related to Posttraumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) show that another psychiatric disorder is often associated with PTSD. The causes and effects regarding the broad spectrum of co-occurring disorders in individuals with PTSD is still unclear. It is emphasized that the risk for PTSD is increased with the presence of another psychiatric disorder. This paper reviews the literature about frequency and characteristics of psychiatric disorders occuring with PTSD and discusses the differential diagnosis of the PTSD symptoms and co-occuring psychiatric disorders.
