Olfaktör Referans Sendromu (ORS), hastaların başkalarını rahatsız edecek kadar kötü bir vücut kokusu salgıladıklarıyla ilgili aşırı bir zihinsel uğraşı, bu koku nedeniyle utanç ve yoğun sıkıntı duyma sonucunda sosyal ortamlardan kaçınma ve kendini izole etme ile karakterize, nadir görülen bir sendromdur. Literatürdeki olgu bildirimlerine göre sıklıkla genç yaş erkeklerde görülmektedir. Bu olgu sunumunda, ağzından kötü koku gelme yakınması ile başvuran 66 yaşında bir kadın hasta tartışılmıştır.

Olfactory Reference Syndrome (ORS) is a rare syndrome characterized by excessive mental activity related to the fact that they secrete a body odor that is uncomfortable for others, social avoidance, and self-isolation because of embarrassment and intense distress due to this odor. According to the case reports in the literature, it is frequently seen in young men. In this case report, a 66-year-old female patient admitted with the complaint of bad odor in her mouth was discussed.
