Adli tıp, hekimlerin temel görev ve sorumluluk alanı içinde yer alır. Bu alanda büyük bir yer kaplayan ve her
hekimi ilgilendiren bölüm, adli olguların muayenelerinin yapılarak raporlarının yazılması ve adli makamlara
bildirilmesidir. Bu yazıda, adli olgularda hekimlerin görev ve sorumlulukları belirtilmiş; adli rapor yazım
tekniği, uyulması gereken kurallar, karşılaşılan hatalar irdelenmiştir.
Responsibilities of the physicians about forensic report
The forensic medicine is one of the main duties and responsibilities of the physicians. The section comprising a
broad spectrum in the medical profession and concerning every physician is to examine forensic case, to write
his legal report and to inform judicial offices. In the present study, duties and responsibilities of the physicians
in forensic cases are determined. The writing method, rules and mistakes of legal report are discussed.
