Madde kullanımı, kötüye kullanımı ve bağımlılığı mutlak surette halk sağlığı anlayışı içinde algılanması gereken bir sorunlar topluluğudur. Dolayısıyla değişik unsurları ve boyutları ile görebilmek için geniş bir açılıma ihtiyaç vardır. Belli önlem ve stratejileri tanımlamak ve ulusal zeminde bir politikayı oluşturmak başka türlü olası değildir. Önem taşıyan hususlardan biri de genel olarak kamu ve özel olarak hedef nüfusun bilgilenmesi ve bilmesidir. Bu aynı zamanda, sözcüğün gerçek anlamında tüm topluma yönelik bir rehberlik hizmetidir. Bunu artmış bir farkında oluşluk düzeyi izler. Bir diğer deyişle toplumdaki tüm kaynaklar madde kullanım sorununa yönelik eş uyumlu ve işlevsel bir karşıtlık ivmesi kazanmaya başlar. Bu yazı, özellikle çalışmanın yapıldığı yerlerde olmak üzere, insanların gerçek anlamda ne konuda bilgilenip bilmeyi istedikleri sorununa yönelik olarak etkileşimsel bir iletişim modeli sunmaktadır. Kamu ile yapılan oturumlarda, sahnede olanlara sorulan sorular aracılığı ile optimal katılımın nasıl sağlanacağı önceliklidir. Oturumlarda bulunanların sorduğu sorular gruplandırılmış ve hem nicelik hem de nitelik açısından tartışılmıştır.

Substance use, abuse and dependency are a collection of problems of which ought to be perceived within the public health understanding. Therofore a wide perspective is required to envisage different components and dimensions ofthe problem. Otherwise it seems impossible to define certain measures and strategies or to implement a policy on national basis. One of the most important issues is the public in general and the target population in specific to become informed and acknowledged. This also means a guidance service literally, for the whole society. A hightened level of awareness follows this. In other words all the possible sources in the society begin to gain a functional impetus harmonically in order to struggle with the substance problem. This paper offers an interactive model of communication with the public regarding the question of what information and knowledge is actually sought for by the people especially in the places where the study has been carried out. The question of an optimal participation in the sessions with the public through the questions they posed to the people on the stage is of primary importance. The questions posed by people present during the sessions are grouped and discussed both quantitatively and qualitatively.
