Sınıflandırma ve tedavisi konusunda çelişkili düşünceler bulunmasına karşın klinik öneminin kavranması nedeniyle son yıllarda distimik bozukluğa ilgi oldukça artmıştır. Bu yazıda distimi kavramının tarihçesi gözden geçirilerek, anhedoni merkezinde geliştirilen bir distimi modeli sunulacaktır.
