Bu makalede bir "Psikotik depresyon" vakası bildirildi. Vaka 56 yaşında, evli, ev hanımı, 2 çocuklu, meme kanseri nedeniyle tamoksifen tedavisi alan bir bayandı. Hastada görülen psikotik depresyonun tamoksifen tedavisi ile olası ilişkisi konuyla ilgili literatürde araştırılarak tartışıldı.

In this article a case with psychotic depression were reported. The case; 56 years old, married women, housewife, had a two children. She was given tamoxifen treatment for breast cancer. The possible relationship between psychotic depression seen in this patient and tamoxifen treatment was discussed in the light of related literature.
