Sorun, önerilen yaklaşımların, klinik uygulama ile sadece bağımlının değerlendirilmesi değil duruma yönelik tedavi müdahaleleri açısından da taşıdığı uyumluluk olup çoğu klinisyenin bağımlılık süreci seyri sırasında ortaya çıkan güçlük karşısında problem-çözme becerilerine bakarak huzursuz ve hoşnutsuz hissetmesine yol açmaktadır. Bu talihsiz çıkmazın asıl nedeni, üzerinde tamamen görüş birliğine varılmış bir paradigmaya henüz ulaşılamamış olmasındadır. Bu m akale, kendince, bu zorlu soruyla uğraşmaktadır. İnsan yaşantısının yalınlığı çoğu kez mükemmeliyet ve karmaşıklık, adına gözardı edilmektedir. Sorunun yerine çözümün parçası haline gelmek için anılan mükemmeliyet ile yalınlığın arasındaki bu farkı açıklığa kavuşturmak gerekir. Dolayısıyla bireyi ilgi odağımıza yerleştirmeli ve insancıl anlayışla yeniden ele alm aya değer bulmalıyız.

Pratice follows theory. This assumption presents with a considerable difficulty in the field of Psychiatry of Addiction. In fact, dependency as a generic name for a certain problem atic in habits a wide spectrum of theories, constructs and hypothesis. The question is the compatibility of proposed approaches with the clinical pratice not only in the sense of assessment of the dependent but the therapeutic interventions due to take place for a certain condition. This causes a great majority of clinicians to feel uneasy and discontent about their problem-solving abilities regarding the what leuge emerging in the course o f dependency process. The main reason for this unfortunate cul de sac, is that a paradigm which is entirely agreed upon is not yet reached out. This article aims to deal with this tackling problem in a modest way. Invention and creation is beyond the motives of this article. Integration of the already existing facts is sometimes more functional that the breathtaking explorative efforts. The simplicity of human experience is often ignored for the sake of perfection and complexity. To become a part of solution instead of question requires to clarify this distinetion between that so called perfection and simplicity.Therefore we must replace the individual in the focus of interest and consider him worth to revisite from a humanistic way of understanding.
