Amaç: Tükenmişlik araştırmalarında en çok kullanılan ölçeklerden biri olan "Maslach Burnout Inventory"nin yedi ayrı meslek grubunda çalışan sağlık personeline uygulanmasından sonra, ölçeğin alt boyutlarına (duygusal tükenme, duyarsızlaşma, kişisel başarı duygusu) ilişkin puanlar bir norm çalışması olarak incelenmiştir. Yöntem: Araştırma, Türkiyedeki üç ayrı gelişme düzeyinde yer alan 28 ilde 7255 sağlık personeli üzerinde yapılmıştır. Uzman ve pratisyen doktorlar, diş hekimleri, eczacılar, hemşireler, sağlık teknisyenleri ve ebelerden oluşan bu mesleklere ilişkin puanlar alt, orta ve üst grup olarak üçe ayrılmış ve çeşitli demografik değişkenelere göre ortalama ve standart sapmalar hesaplanmıştır. Bulgular ve Tartışma: Elde edilen sonuçlar, meslek gruplan arasında büyük farklar olmamakla birlikte, pratisyen doktorlann ve hemşirelerin duygusal tükenme ve duyarsızlaşma puanlarının diğer mesleklerden daha yüksek olduğunu ortaya koymuştur.

Objective: Maslach Burnout Inventory has been administered to health workers and the scores of the subscales (emotional exhaustion, depersonalization, personal accomplishment) are used as a normative data for the Turkish health personnel. Method: 7255 health personnel participated in the study as subjects from seven different occupational groups; general practitioners, specialists, dentists, pharmacists, nurses, health technicians and midwives. The results were grouped as low, average and high scores. The subscale means and standard deviations are computed for occupational groups and for some demograhical variables. Results and Conclusions: The results indicate that there are only slight differences for the subscale groups and only nurses and general practitioners have significantly higher scores on emotional exhaustion and depersonalization.
