Bu makalede Gilles de la Tourette Sendromu tanısı almış iki vakanın motor ve vokal tiklerinin ortadan kaldırılmasında kullanılan davranışçı tedavi yaklaşımı ve tedavi sonuçları özetlenmektedir. Tedavi sonucunda her iki vakada da tiklerin sıklığında belirgin bir azalma gözlenmiştir. İki yıllık izleme boyunca kaybolan tikler geri gelmemiş ve yeni tikler gelişmemiştir.

In this paper, a behavioral treatment approach for eliminating the multiple motor and vocal tics in two cases with Gilles de la Tourette Syndrome and the treatment outcomes are summarized. The results show that at the end of treatment, there was an important reduction in tic frequency for both patients. Two years of follow up indicated that the eliminated tics did not appear again and there was no symptom substitution.
