Blakar'in İletişim Çatışma Durumları Tekniğinin İki Farklı Türk Örnekleminde Sınanması

Bu araştırmada Blakar tarafından geliştirilen “İletişim Çatışma Durumları” tekniğinin Türk Kültürüne uygulanabilirliği incelenmiştir. Bu amaçla 20 ilkokul 20 üniversite mezunu evli çiftten oluşan iki denek grubuna söz konusu teknik uygulanmıştır. Bulgular Blakar’ın İletişim Çatışma Durumları tekniğinin değişik değitim düzeylerindeki denek gruplarının iletişim becerilerindeki farklılıkları ayırdetmekte etkili olduğunu göstermiştir. Bu sonuçlar söz konusu tekniğin Türk Kültüründe kullanılabilir olduğuna işaret etmiştir.
