Eğitim kurumları Toplam Kalite Yönetimi (TKY) uygulamalarının kullanılabileceği uygun yerlerdir. Buradaki temel varsayım bu kurumların sürekli gelişme felsefesini benimsemiş olmalarıdır. Bu çalışma, TKY uygulama modelleri arasından "öğrenmeyi öğrenme" modelinin Türk Kara Kuvvetleri'ne bağlı askeri okullara nasıl uyarlandığının aktarılmasına yöneliktir. Model, öğretmenleri, öğrencileri, idari birimleri ve çevresiyle birlikte tüm sisteme yönelik faaliyetleri içermektedir.
"Learning To Learn" as a Tool of Total Quality Management (TQM) in Educational Institutions
Educational institutions are convenient environments for applying the Total Ouality Management (TOM) philosophy. The basic idea is to be oriented toward component processes of education and continuous improvement. This study is a report of the applications of a model of TOM, namely the model of "Learning to learn’’, at military schools of the Turkish Land Forces. The model involves activities aimed toward the whole system, the teachers, students, administration and the school environment.
