Bu makalede çocuk ve ergen ruh sağlığı sorunları, bu sorunların tedavileri ile ilgili olarak, grup psikoterapilerinin önemi üzerinde durulmuştur. Bir grup psikoterapisi çeşidi olarak psikodrama grup psikoterapisinin çocuk ve ergenlerde kullanım özellikleri belirtilmiştir. Psikodramanın çocuk ve ergenlerdeki yararlılığını artıran önemli özellikler olarak; spontanlık ve yaratıcılığa izin veren bir yöntem olması, çocuk ve ergenlerde bu özelliklerin daha kolaylıkla ortaya çıkması nedeniyle etkililiği artmaktadır. Ayrıca bununla birlikte böyle bir grubu yönetebilmek için bu konuda temel psikodrama eğitimine ek olarak çocuk ve ergenlerle de çalışmayı içeren bilgi, beceri ve deneyim gerekmektedir. Çocuk ve ergen ruh sağlığı alanında kalıcı yararlı etkiler oluşturan psikodrama grup terapisini yapabilecek uzmanlara çok fazla ihtiyaç duyulmaktadır. Özel bir alan olarak bu alanda yetişmiş uzmanların artırılmasının toplum ruh sağlığı ve sağlıklı gelecekler açısından önemi vurgulanmıştır.

In this review focused on child and adolescent mental health problems, with regard to this problem?s treatment, importance of group therapy. Use characteristics psychodrama group therapy as a type of group therapy with child and adolescent expressed. The significant features that enhance the usefulness of psychodrama with child and adolescent; being a method which permits spontaneity, creativity, the effectiveness increases due to the emergence of these features easier on child and adolescent. Also, at the same time, for manage such a group required knowledge, skills and experience which are consist of working with child and adolescent in addition to the basic psychodrama training. There is a need for experts who can do psyhodrama group therapy which is formed the permanent beneficial effects in the field of child and adolescent mental health. In terms of public mental health and healthy futures, importance of increasing trained experts in this field as a special field is emphasized.
