Amaç: Sağlıklı popülasyonda Mevsimsel Duygudurum Bozukluğunu (MDB) araştıran ölçek ve/veya formlardan en sık kullanılanı Mevsimsel Gidiş Değerlendirme Formudur (MGDF) (Seasonal Pattern Assessment Questionnaire-SPAQ). Bu araştırmanın amacı sağlıklı bireylerde MDB'nu saptamaya yarayan Mevsimsel Gidiş Değerlendirme Formunun güvenilirliğinin gösterilmesidir. Yöntem: Mevsimsel gidiş değerlendirme formu iç tutarlılığı basit rastgele örnekleme yöntemi ile seçilen ve İzmir ilini temsil eden 271 kişilik bir örneklemde araştırılmıştır. Formun test-yeniden test güvenilirliği ise, aynı örneklem içerisinden rastgele yöntemle seçilen 30 kişide araştırılmıştır. Bulgular: Formun MDB tanısı koydurtan 6 maddelik Mevsimsellik Puanının (MP) iç tutarlılığı Cronbach alfa değeri ile 0.67: bu 6 maddenin maddeler arası korelasyon katsayıları 0.23-0.74; maddeler ve MP arasındaki korelasyon katsayıları ise 0.59-0.65 arasında bulunmuştur. Faktör analizi 2 faktör ortaya çıkarmıştır. Birinci faktör uyku, duygudurum, sosyal yaşantı, enerji düzeyinden; ikinci faktör ise kilo değişikliği ve iştahtan oluşmaktadır. Formun test-yeniden test analizine bakıldığında, formda yer alan maddelerin güvenilirlik değerlerinin 0.032-1.00 arasında olduğu ve formun tüm olarak uyuşma yüzdesi 75 olarak bulunmuştur. Sonuç: MGDF sağlıklı olarak kabul edilen gruplar içerisinde yaşayan MDB'na sahip bireyleri ayırdetmek amacıyla ülkemizde kullanılabileceğimiz bir formdur.

Objective: The SPAQ (Seasonal Pattern Assessment Questionnaire) is a widely used instrument in epidemiological researches of Seasonal Affective Disorder (SAD). The aim of this study is to show the reliability of Turkish version SPAQ. Method: The internal consistency analysis of SPAQ Turkish version was carried out with 271 people. The questionnaires were given to a random sample in Izmir. The test-retest reliability was examined in a group of consisting of 30 cases which was randomly chosen from the same group. Results: The six items of global seasonality score were examined. Cronbach alpha coefficient score was found to be 0.67; inter items correlations were 0.23-0.74; items-global seasonality score correlations were found between 0.59-0.65. Factor analysis yielded two factors; the first factor was sleep, mood, social activity, energy; and the second factor was appetite and weight. In the test-retest analysis, reliability scores of all items were found between 0.032-1.00. The agreement percentage rate of the global instrument was 75. Conclusion: The reason for the low reliability score could be due to the study is carried out with normal subjects. As a result, it could be concluded that SPAQ is a useful instrument to differentiate SAD cases from the normal subjects in our country.
