Bu çalışmada psikolojik danışmanlıkta tedavi ortamı ele alına?rak incelenmiştir. «Danışman» terimi ile adlandırdığımız profesyonel kişi ve «danışan» tanımlanarak, danışanı terapatik ortama getiren sorunlar incelenmiştir. Terapatik sürecin aşamaları belirtilerek, bu aşama sürecinde danışanın bir içgörü (insight) kazanmasının önemi vurgulanmıştır. Terapatik ortam içinde bir örnek ilişkinin nasıl kurulacağı açıklanmıştır. Bu örnek ilişki sonucu, danışanın kazanacağı içgörü ile o güne kadar içinde bulunduğu bozuk ilişkilerini düzelte?rek, daha olumlu ve sağlıklı bi r insanlararası ilişkiyi nasıl kuracağı ele alınmıştıR.

In this paper the importance of the therepatic milieu in psycho?logical counselling was discussed. After defining the concept of «counselor» and «counselee», the problems that bring a counselee to the therepatic milieu were considered. The steps that take place in the therepathic process were indicated and the importance of insight which should be gained 'by the counselee was emphasized. The pro?cess of developing a model relationship between the counselor and the counselee was put forward. It was noted that within this framework, healthier, better readjusted and reorganized interpersonal relationships were possible to develop by the counselee.
