Dikkat Eksikliği Hiperaktivite Bozukluğu (DEHB) çocukluk çağının en sık görülen nöropsikiyatrik bozukluklarından birisidir. DEHB olan çocukların yarısından fazlasında en az bir diğer psikiyatrik bozukluk söz konusudur. Sıklıkla eşlik eden psikiyatrik bozuklar karşı olma karşı gelme ve davranım bozukluğu, anksiyete ve duygu durum bozukları, tik ve obsesif kompulsif bozuklar, öğrenme bozuklukları ve madde kullanım bozuklukları olarak sayılabilir. Bu gözden geçirme yazısında DEHB'ye sıklıkla eşlik eden psikiyatrik bozukluklar ve bu bozuklukların DEHB'nin tanı, tedavi ve seyri açısından önemi tartışılacaktır.

Attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) is among the most frequent childhood neuropsychiatric disorders. ADHD is a highly comorbid condition with other psychiatric disorders that is more than half of the subjects have at least one other psychiatric diagnosis. Oppositional defiant and conduct disorders, anxiety and mood disorders, tic and obsessive compulsive disorders, learning disorders and substance use disorders are among the most frequent comorbid conditions. In this review article, comorbid psychiatric conditions as well as their impact on the diagnosis, management and long term outcomes of ADHD will be discussed.
