Çocuk ve Ergen Ruh Sağlığı Alanında Bakımın İncelikleri

Çocuk ve ergenin ruhsal sağlığını değerlendirme ve bakım süreciyle ilgili hemşirelik girişimlerinin değerlendirilmesi amaçlanmıştır. Diğer tüm alanlarda olduğu gibi psikiyatri hemşireliği çocuk ruh sağlığı alanında da terapötik girişimleri ile çocuğun ve ailesinin ruhsal sağlığına yönelik koruyucu ve tedavi edici süreçlerde yer almaktadır. Çocuk ve ergen ruh sağlığı ve ruhsal bozukluklarında hemşirelik girişimlerine genel olarak değinilmiştir. Ancak bu konu Türkiye de hemşirelik açısından bakir kalmış bir alandır. Son sürüm olan çocuk ve ergen ruh sağlığı ve hemşirelik alanında yeni çalışmalarla bu konunun kapsamlı değerlendirilmesine ihtiyaç duyulmaktadır. Bu derlemede çocuk ve ergenlere yönelik ruhsal bakımın incelikleri okuyucuya aktarılacaktır.
The Subtleties of Care in the Field of Child and Adolescent Mental Health
We aimed to evaluate the child and adolescent mental health nursing interventions related to the assessment and care process. As in all other fields, psychiatric nursing, is located in the area of children's mental health therapeutic interventions with children and families of the preventive and therapeutic process for mental health. Resources in the nursing interventions in child and adolescent mental health and mental disorders are discussed in general. However, this issue is an area that has remained untouched in terms of nursing in Turkey. With the latest version of the child and adolescent mental health nursing and comprehensive new study is needed to evaluate this issue. In this review, the subtleties of spiritual care for children and adolescents, will be transferred to the reader.
