Montgomery-Asberg Depresyon Derecelendirme ölçeği Türkçe versiyonunun özgüllüğü ve duyarlılığı

Amaç: Montgomery-Asberg Depresyon Derecelendirme Ölçeği'nin Türkçe versiyonunun, duyarlılık ve özgüllüğünün saptanarak kesme puanlarının hesaplanması.
Yöntem: Çalışma DSM-IV için Yapılandırılmış Klinik Görüşme (SClD-l) sonucu major depresif bozukluk tanısı konmuş 100 hasta ve 27 sağlıklı denek ile yürütülmüştür. Görüşmecilere ayrıca Montgomery-Asberg Depresyon Derecelendirme Ölçeği(MADÖ) uygulanmıştır.
Bulgular: Yapılan ROC analizine göre hafif dereceli depresyonun kesme noktası 9< olarak bulunmuştur. 9< puan için duyarlılık ve özgüllük %100 olarak hesaplanmıştır. Yapılan hesaplamada orta dereceli depresyon için kesme noktası 29< olarak hesaplanmıştır. 29< puan için duyarlılık %75.4, özgüllük ise %76.9, pozitif yordama değeri %94, negatif yordama değeri ise %40 olarak bulunmuştur. Belirgin şiddetteki ,depresyon için ise kesme noktası 36< olarak hesaplanmıştır. 36< değeri için duyarlılık %84.6, özgüllük %7 5 .4, pozitif yordama değeri %59 , negatif yordama değeri ise %92 olarak bulunmuştur:
Sonuç: Montgomery-Asberg Depresyon Derecelendirme Ölçeği Türkçe versiyonunun major depresif bozukluk için kesme noktaları hafif,orta ve belirgin şiddetteki, depresyon için kesme noktaları sırasıyla, 9<, 29< ve 36< olarak hesaplanmıştır.
Sensitivity and specificity of the Turkish version of Montgomery-Asberg Depression Rating Scale
Objective: To obtain the sensitivity and the specificity and to calculate the cut-off points of the Turkish version of Montgomery-Asberg Depression Rating Scale.
Method: The study was carried out with 100 patients with major depressive disorder, 27 healthy subjects diagnosed by Structured Clinical Interview for DSM-IV (SCID-L). In addition Montgomery-Asberg Depression Rating Scales applied to the all subjects.
Results: ROC analysis revealed a cut-off point of 9< for patients with mild depression. For this point either sensitivity or specificity was calculated %100. For moderate depression cut-off point was calculated 29<. The sensitivity, the specificity, the positive predictive value, and the negative predictive value for the cut-off point 29< were found to be respectively %75.4, %76.9, %94, and %40. For severe depression cut-off point was calculated 36<. The sensitivity was %84.6, the specificity was %75.4, the positive predictive value %59 and the negative predictive value %92.
Conclusion: For mild, moderate and severe depression cut-off points of the Turkish version of Montgomery-Asberg Depression Rating Scale was calculated 9<, 29< and 3 6< respectively.
