Fatigue and pain, which are the most common and distressing symptom of cancer, are closely associated with the psychiatric morbidity. Handling the causes of fatigue and pain which affecs the quality of life in cancer patients, detection and treatment of psychiatric and psychosocial problems which cause fatigue or increase the severity are very important.
