Periferik Sinir Sisteminin Farklı Bölgelerinde Etkilenmeye Bağlı Zoster Parezisi

Herpes Zoster sonrası motor etkilenme çok nadir olarak görülmektedir. Medulla
spinalis, servikal, dorsal ya da lomber ön kökler, brakial pleksus, siyatik sinir, frenik
sinir tutulumları sonucu ilgili kaslarda parezi gelişebilir. Bu yazıda, motor
komplikasyonlara dikkat çekmek amacıyla, motor parezi gelişen üç ayrı herpes
zoster olgusunun literatür bilgileri ışığında sunulması amaçlanmıştır
Zoster Paralysis Secondary to Different Parts of Peripheral Nervous System
In herpes zoster, motor complications are seen very rarely. Paresis of relevant
muscles may develop secondary to involvement of the spinal cord, cervical, dorsal or
lumbar anterior radices, brachial plexus, sciatic nerve and the phrenic nerve. Here,
to increase the awareness of motor complications, we aimed to present 3 cases of
herpes zoster motor paralysis in the light of literature.
