Bu yazıda sanatçının benliği ile benlik nesnesi olarak işlev gören sanat yapıtı arasındaki ilişkiler tartışılmış ve yaratıcı süreç içinde sanatçının yaşantılarının değişime uğrayarak estetik elementler yardımı ile bir sanatsal yapıta dönüştüğü açıklanmaya çalışılmıştır.
