Üniversitelerimizde Psikolojik Danışma ve Rehberlik Hizmetlerini düzenleyen ve 3 Şubat 1984 tarihinde yürürlüğe giren yönetmeliğin yayınlanmasının üzerinden on yıla yakın bir süre geçmiştir. Bu yazıda halen sürmekte olan uygulamanın genel bir değerlendirmesi yapılarak, aksaklıkların nedenleri ortaya konulmaya çalışılmış ve yeni düzenlemeler için yönlendirici bir işlev taşıyabileceği düşüncesi ile ilgili görüş ve önerilere yer verilmiştir.
The Guidance and Counseling Services in Our Universities
Approximately, ten years have elapsed since the publication of the University Psyhological Counseling and Guidance Services act 1984 came into force. In this article, first, I attempted to present a general assessment of the presently existing conditions of and an exploration of the factors causing the deficiencies in the practice of the universityl evel psychological counseling and guidance services in Turkey; and then, a set of propositions and suggestions for the future endeavors in the direction of introduction of new organizational and operational frameworks for improving level of quality of those services in practice.
