Sifilisin klinik görünümlerinden biri olan nörosifilis, hemen hemen tüm psikiyatrik belirti ve bulgularla ortaya çıkabilmektedir. Nörosifilisin nöroradyolojik bulguları, tutulum şekli ve yerine göre çok çeşitli şekillerde olabilmektedir. Bu yazıda psikotik belirtilerle giden, beyin MR görüntülemesinde temporal lob tutulumu tespit edilen ve penisilin tedavisi sonrası kliniği ve radyolojik bulguları düzelen bir nörosifilis olgusu tartışılacaktır.

Neurosyphilis, one of the clinical manifestations of syphilis, may emerge with nearly all psychiatric signs and symptoms. Neuroradiological findings of neurosyphilis can appear in many forms according to the pattern and the location of the involvement. In this case report, we are presenting a male patient who had neurosyphilis with temporal lobe involvement, whose clinic presentations and radiological findings recovered after penicillin treatment.
