Bu yazıda MS'da paroksismal bozukluklar gözden
geçirilmiş ve biri paroksismal painful tonic
spazm gösteren kesin MS'li diğeri tonik spasm,
paresteziler, konu şma bozuklukları ve trigeminal
nevraljisi olan muhtemel MS olgusu sunulmuştur.

In this article, paroxysmal disorders seen in multipl sclerosis will be reviewed, and two cases
have been reported. One of them had a definite
diagnosis of MS. with painfull tonic spasm, and
the other having a possible MS with complaints
of paresthesias, tonic spasm, speech disorders
and trigeminal neuralgia will be presented.
