Bir Devlet Hastanesinde Çalışan Yardımcı Sağlık Personelinde Tükenmişlik Durumu

Amaç: Bu çalışmanın amacı, Bir Devlet Hastanesinde görev yapan, yardımcı sağlık personelinin yaş, cinsiyet, medeni
durum, çocuk sayısı, hizmet süresi, mesleği isteyerek seçme, mesleği kendine uygun bulma, mesleği uygulamadaki
verim düzeyi, çalışma ortamından memnun olma, üstlerinden takdir görme, mesleki gelişime yönelik çalışma
yapma, mesleği gelecek açısından değerlendirme durumları gibi değişkenlere göre, tükenmişlik düzeyinin
saptanması ve karşılaştırılmasıdır.
Yöntem: Tanımlayıcı olan çalışmada örneklem yapılmamıştır. Ankara Onkoloji Hastanesinde görev yapan 230 kişinin
tümü örneğe alınmış, ancak, 20 kişi araştırmaya katılmayı kabul etmeme, izinli veya raporlu olma nedenleri
ile kapsam dışı bırakılmış, çalışma 210 kişi üzerinde yürütülmüştür. Veriler, araştırmacı tarafından Maslach Tükenmişlik
Ölçeği ve sosyodemografik bilgilerin yer aldığı soru formlarının gözlem altında uygulanması ile toplanmış,
SPSS'de analiz edilmiş ve istatistiksel analizde t testi, tek yönlü varyans analizi, tekrarlı ölçümler için varyans analizi
testi kullanılmıştır.
Bulgular: Araştırma grubunun GT puanları açısından yaş, hizmet süresi, mesleği isteyerek seçme, mesleği kendine
uygun bulma, mesleki uygulamadaki verim düzeyi, çalışma ortamından memnun olma, üstlerinden takdir görme,
mesleki geleceği değerlendirme grupları arasında istatistiksel olarak anlamlı bir farklılık bulunmuştur. Duyarsızlaşma
(D) alt ölçeği puanları açısından, yaş, medeni durum, çocuk sayısı, hizmet süresi, mesleği isteyerek seçme,
mesleği kendine uygun bulma, mesleki uygulamadaki verim düzeyi, çalışma ortamından memnun olma, üstlerinden
takdir görme, mesleki geleceği değerlendirme grupları arasında istatistiksel olarak anlamlı bir farklılık saptanmıştır.
Kişisel başarı (KB) alt ölçeği puanları açısından, yaş, çocuk sayısı, hizmet süresi, halen çalışılan iş yerindeki
hizmet süresi, mesleği isteyerek seçme, mesleği kendine uygun bulma, mesleki uygulamadaki verim düzeyi,
çalışma ortamından memnun olma, üstlerinden takdir görme, mesleki geleceği değerlendirme grupları arasında
istatistiksel olarak anlamlı bir farklılık saptanmıştır. Duygusal tükenme (DT) alt ölçeği puanları açısından ise, çocuk
sayısı, mesleği isteyerek seçme, mesleği kendine uygun bulma, mesleki uygulamadaki verim düzeyi, çalışma
ortamından memnun olma, üstlerinden takdir görme, mesleki geleceği değerlendirme grupları arasında istatistiksel
olarak anlamlı bir farklılık saptanmıştır.
Sonuç: Yaş, çocuk sayısı, toplam hizmet süresi ve halen çalışılan kurumdaki hizmet süresinin artışıyla tükenmişlik
düzeylerinin düştüğü, mesleklerini isteyerek seçenlerin, mesleklerini kendilerine çok uygun bulanların, meslek verimini
çok iyi olarak belirtenlerin ve çalışma ortamından her zaman memnun olanların düşük tükenmişlik düzeyleri
gösterdiği bulunmuştur. Gelecekte mesleklerini bırakıp başka mesleğe geçmek isteyenlerin tükenmişlik düzeylerinin
ise yüksek olduğu gözlenmiştir.
A burnout study in non-physician medical staff working in State Hospital
Objective: The aim of the study is to evaluate and to compare the burnout level of the non-physician medical staff working in State Hospital acccording
to the variables like age, gender ,marital status, number of children, working duration ,choosing the profession by will, finding the profession appropriate
for him/herself, efficiency level of practising profession, satisfaction with the working environment, appreciation of the seniors, doing research
for advancing in profession, future programming of the profession. No sampling was made in this descriptive study. All 230 non-physician medical
staff working in Ankara Oncology Hospital were included at the beginning of the study but 20 of them were excluded for reasons like not accepting
to fill in or being on leave. The data was collected by applying The Maslach Burnout Inventory and Sociodemographic Characteristics Questionnaire
under observation by the researcher. The data was analysed by SPSS and t test, one way variance analysis and variance analysis for repeated measurements
were used for statistical evaluation.

duration, choosing the profession by will, finding the profession appropriate for him/herself, efficiency level of practising profession, satisfaction
with the working environment, appreciation of the seniors and future programming of the profession. According to depersonalization subscale scores
of the study group, statistically significant differences have been found amongst the groups of age, marital status, number of children, working duration,
choosing the profession by will, finding the profession appropriate for him/herself, efficiency level of practising profession, satisfaction with the
working environment, appreciation of the seniors and future programming of the profession. According to personal accomplishment subscale scores
of the study group, statistically significant differences have been found amongst the groups of age ,number of children, working duration, working duration
in the current working place, choosing the profession by will, finding the profession appropriate for him/herself, efficency level of practising profession,
satisfaction with the working environment, appreciation of the seniors and future programming of the profession. According to emotional exhaustion
subscale scores of the study group, statistically significant differences have been found amongst the groups of number of children, choosing
the profession by will, finding the profession appropriate for him/herself, efficiency level of practising profession, satisfaction with the working environment,
appreciation of the seniors and future programming of the profession.
Conclusion: It was found that burnout scores lowers with the increase in age, the number of children, working duration and working duration in the
current working place. Choosing the profession by will, finding the profession appropriate for him/herself, efficency level of practising profession, satisfaction
with the working environment also determines the low burmout levels. Burnout scores were high in the group of future programming of a new
profession in future.
