Dikmen Vadisindeki yıkım tehdidinin getirdiği toplumsal dönüşüm-özne ya da nesne olarak insan

Dikmen Vadisi gecekondu bölgesinde 01 Şubat 2007 tarihinde yıkım amaçlı devlet müdahalesi olmuş ve gecekondulular yıkıma direnmiştir. Anne-baba olmak ve bir eve sahip olmak, aynı zamanda o eve ait olmaktır. İdealleştirirsek, ev güvenliktir, dışarı tehdit eder. Dışarın tükettiği bedenimiz ve ruhumuzda ilgili eksilmeleri evde yeniden üretiriz. Ev baba için iktidarın kaynağı, anne için çocukların güvenliği ve sağlığı, çocuklar için yarı tapınak/yarı barınaktır. Ev aynı zamanda özel mülkiyetin kalesi, yapı taşıdır. Evi yıkmak özü zedeler. Ev toplumsal yaşantımızın simgesidir.
İnsan için beden, ev ve toprak yazgısaldır. Yaşam oradan başlar ve orası ile bağ kopa-rılamaz. Evinizden taşınıp başka bir ülkede yaşamayı seçebilirsiniz. Ancak, birisi sizin bedeninizi saldırarak bütünlüğünüzü bozarsa, evinizden sizi atarsa, toprağınız işgal edilirse bu durum sağlığı bozar. Araştırma bu bozulmanın olduğunu kabul edip, ne olduğunu anlamak için kurgulanmıştır.
Dikmen mahalle halkı ile yapılan odak grup görüşmeleri metin haline getirilerek, yaşanmış yazılmış olarak ele alınacaktır. Çalışan ve çalış-mayan kadın ve erkeklerle odak grup görüşme-leri yapılmıştır. İlk görüşmeler çalışmayanlarla, ikinciler çalışanlarla gerçekleştirilmiştir. Bu görüşmelerin kişileri metnin kahramanı olarak kabul edilerek söylemler üzerinden analiz yapıl-mıştır.
Dikmen Kentsel Dönüşüm Projesi’nde daha çok mülk edinme hakkı konuşulurken, barınma hakkı gündem dışı kalmıştır. Barınma bir bina-nın kullanım değerini ifade ederken, mülk olarak ev değişim değerine denk düşer. Mahalleli barınma hakkı demektir, çünkü gecekondu barınma amaçlı yapılan evdir. Değerinin vazge-çilmez, savunmanın kaçınılmaz olduğu ortaya çıkmıştır.
Eve saldırı, savaş, işgal gibi büyük çatışma-larda bina olarak yakmakla kalmaz, ruh olarak da insanları yıkar. Mahallenin algısında savaş olmadığı halde, büyük evin babası devlet baba evi yıkmaya kalkışmıştır. Yurttaşını bu biçimde istismar eden devlet görünüşü hem konuşulan dilde, hem de geleceğe dair umutlarda bölünmelere, parçalanmalara neden olmuş gibi görünmektedir.
Social transformation due to destruction threat in Dikmen Valley-human as a subject or object
In 01 February 2007, the government intervened in order to destruct the slums in Dikmen valley slum region and peoples in the slums stand out against the destruction. Being a parent and having a house at the same time means belonging to that house. If we idealize, house provides security, outside threatens. We reproduce deficiencies of our body and souls which are used up outside. House is the source of power for the father, security of children for the mother and half temple and half shelter for children. Also, house is the castle and building stone of the special proprietorship. Destruction of house bruises the essence. House is symbol of our social life.
House, soil and body are fatalistic for people. Life starts from here and the relationship cannot be broken up. You should choose to move and live another country. However, your health is deteriorated if someone breaks up your com-pleteness attacking your body, throws from your house, or holds your soil by force.
This study accepts that there is deterioration and done in order to learn what that deterio-ration is. Focus group interview method is used for his study. Focus group interviews were done with male and females who work and do not work. Interviews were done with first people who do not work. Analyzes were done over these interviews.
In Dikmen Urban Transformation Project estate acquisition rights are talked more but sheltering rights become out of agenda. Sheltering means using value of a building and estate means value of change of house. Slum is constructed for sheltering and for the people who are living in the slum region; their neighbourhood means their rights to shelter. Value of a house is indispensable and it is inevitable to defend it.
Attacking, fighting or holding a house by force not only destruct buildings but also destruct souls of people. Even there is not fight in minds of the people in the district, the father of the big house, that is, the father of the state, attempted to destroy the houses. It is seen that the sight of the government who abuses his citizens in this way results in breakups both in hopes about the future and the [language] they speak.
