Alkol bağımlılığı sendromunda beyin fonksiyonlarının psikometrik yöntem ile incelenmesi

Alkol bağımlılığı sendromunda beyin fonksiyon bozukluklarını saptayabilmek amacı ile kullanılan teşhis yöntemlerinin başında psikolojik testler gelmektedir. Bu araştırmada Cerrahpaşa Tıp Fakültesi Psikiyatri Anabilim Dalındaalkol bağımlılığı sendromu teşhisi ile yatarak tedavi gören 30 erkek hastaya Cattel zeka testi, Memory for Desing, Bender Geştalt, Benton Vizüel Retantion testi C form ile Vocabüler testlerden oluşan bir batarya uygulanmıştır. Erken dönemde klinik olarak ve diğer yardımcı teşhis yöntemleri ile bir zedelenme ortaya konulabileceği, uzun süreli alkol kullanmanın santral sinir sistemini musap ettiği sonucuna varıldığı bildirilmiştir
