Bir aile terapisi modeli : Çözüme yönelik kısa terapi

Bu yazıda, Steve de Shazer ve Insoo Kim Berg öncülüğündeki ekip tarafından geliştirilen Çözüme Yönelik Kısa Terapi (Solution Focused Brief Therapy) tanıtılmıştır. Bu modelde temel olarak, bireyin çevre ile bağlantılarına, etkileşim ve iletişimine odaklanan aile terapisine özgü dizgesel (sistemik) görüş benimsenmektedir. Modelin kuramsal dayanaklannı, geniş dizgeci kuram (ecosystemic epistemology); kısa terapi ilkeleri ve değişim-çözüm kuramı; Wittgenstein ve Demda'nın görüşlerine dayanan dil felsefesi oluşturmaktadır. Bu yazıda bu modelin kuramsal dayanaklarının temel nitelikleri, modeldeki işlemsel süreç tanımlanmış ve üç olgu örneği verilmiştir.
A family therapy model : Solution focused brief therapy
In this article Solution Focused Brief Therapy, developed by Steve de Shazer, Insoo Kim Berg and colleagues, is described. This model is basically based on systemic approach which is characterized by focusing on the interrelations, interactions and communication patterns between the individual and his environment. Epistemological bases of the model are ecosystemic epistemology; brief therapy principles and a theory focusing on the nature of change and solution: the philosophy of [language] deriving from the ideas of Wittgenstein and Derrida. In this article, the theorilical bases and the operational process of the model is basically described and three case examples are given.
