İstanbul Üniversitesi Tıp Fakültesi Çocuk Psikiyatrisi Polikliniğine aileleri tarafından 1990 yılında ilk defa getirilen ilk 1000(bin) çocuğun dosyası retrospektif olarak İncelemeye alındı. Sosyo-demografik özellikler, ailenin sosyokültürel kontunu, çocuğun gelişini özellikleri ve geliş şikâyetleri saptandı. Geliş şikâyetleri ile cinsiyet arasında anlamlı ilişkiler bulundu.

The hospital records of the first 1000(thousand) children who were admitted to (he Istanbul University, Medical Faculty, Department of Child Psychiatry Out Patient Clinic were reviewed retrospectively for family social cultural level, social demographic spectrum, children's developmental characteristics and coming complaints. There was a significant correlation between gender and complaints.
