Bu olguda, iohexol ile yapılan lomber myelografl sonrası gelişen akut ensefalopati olgusu sunulmaktadır. Iohexol kullanılarak yapılan myelografl sonrasında görülen başağnsı, kusma, meningismus ve epileptik nöbetler gibi yan etkilerin yanısıra, olguda olduğu gibi akut ensefalopati tablosu da klinisyen tarafından bilinmelidir.

A case of acute encephalopathy after lumber myelography with iohexol is reported. In addition to adverse effects of iohexol injected into the subarachnoid space, such as headache, nausea, vomiting, signs of meningeal irritation and seizures, acute encephalopathy should be remembered by the clinician in such a patient.
