Bipolar bozukluk epizodik doğada giden kronik bir hastalıktır. Otizm spektrum bozukluğu (OSB) erken gelişim dö-neminden başlayan, bir nörogelişimsel bozukluktur. Temel semptomları, sosyal iletişimde kısıtlılıklar ve kısıtlı ve tekrarlayan ilgi alanları ile duyusal anormalliklerin varlığıdır. Kabuki sendromu (KS) (Kabuki make up sendromu, Niikawa-Kuroki sendromu), ilk kez Japonya'da tanımlanan, ancak birçok diğer etnik grupta görülen çoklu bir malfor-masyon / mental retardasyon(MR) sendromudur. Biz bu olgu sunumunda bu üç duruma sahip bir 13 yaşında erkek olguyu tartıştık.

Bipolar disorder is a chronic disease with episodic nature. Autism spectrum disorder (ASD) is a neurodevelopmental disorder with an onset at early developmental stages. Main symptoms of ASD have been identifi ed as restrictive social communication, restrictiveand repetetive areas of interest, and sensory abnormalities. Initially described in Japan, Kabuki syndrome (KS) (Kabuki make-up syndrome, Niikawa-Kuroki syndrome) is a syndrome presenting with multiple malformations andmental retardation (MR), that has well been documented in cases of other ethnic origins, from then on. Hereby, we have aimed to present and discuss the clinical course of a 13 year old male adolescent who met the criteria for all three aforementioned conditions.
