Multipl skleroz'un (MS), temporal lob epilepsisi, amiyotrofik lateral skleroz gibi diğer nörolojik hastalıklardan daha yüksek oranda affektif bozukluklara yol açtığını gösteren deliller vardır. Ancak, psikiyatrik tablo genellikle iyi tanımlanamaz ve MS ile ilgisi yeterince açık değildir. Biz, burada ilk atağının manik epizod olduğunu düşündüğümüz bir MS olgusu sunuyoruz.

However, the psychiatric illness is usually not well described and the relations to MS is unclear. Here, we report a case of 1 in which we think that manic episode might the first attack of MS.
