Temporal lob düşme atakları ve otonomik karakterli auraya sahip olan bir vakanın klinik, radyolojik ve EEG bulgularının sunuyoruz. Temporal lob düşme atakları, diğer nöbet görünümleri ile eşzamanlı olarak başlamıştı. MR görüntülemede, sol lateral ventrikül temporal boynuz genişlemesi, sol hipokampus atrofisi ve T2-ağırlıklı serilerde atrofik hipokampusta sinyal artışı izleniyordu. Anüepileptik İlaç tedavisinin başlangıcından 6 ay sonra, nöbetler kontrol altına alındı. Hasta halen 400 mg/gün karbamazepin tedavisi ile takip edilmektedir.

We report the clinical, radiologic and EEG features of a case with aura having visceral phenomena and temporal lobe drop attacts. Temporal lobe drop attacks were the first manifestations and began with the other clinical ictal features. MRI showed enlargement of the left temporal horn, unilaterally small hippokampus and increased T2-weighted signal in the small hippocampus. Six [month]s after the onset of the antiepileptic medication, he remained free of seizures or auras and was taking 400 mg of carbamazepine dally.
