Bu derlemede, çocuklarını kaybeden ailelerin psikolojik durumlarının anlaşılması, ebeveynlerle birlikte incelenebilen konuların saptanması, yaslı ebeveynlerle çalışırken maneviyatın nasıl Toplumsal yaşamın her alanında birçok birey farklı özellikleri nedeniyle önyargılı tutumlara ve ayrımcı davranışlara maruz kalmaktadır. Bu farklılık unsurlarının arasında engellilik toplumda oldukça yüksek oranlarda temsil edilmektedir. Gerek kazalar gerek yaşa bağlı olası işlev kayıpları nedeniyle her bireyin ileride potansiyel bir engelli olma ihtimali bulunmaktadır. Bu anlamda toplumun engelli bireylere yönelik tutumları ve olumsuz tutumların değiştirmesine yönelik yapılan her çalışma büyük önem arz etmektedir. Nitekim toplumun önyargılı tutumları, engelli bireyleri sosyal kazanımlar sağlamaktan uzaklaştırdığı gibi, hayatını devam ettirmesi ve diğer bireylere bağımlı olmaması için gerekli olan istihdam olanaklarının da önünü kesmektedir. Bu çalışmada önyargıların nedenleri ve ayrımcı davranışlar arasındaki ilişkiyi irdeleyen bazı kuramlara, engellilere yönelik ayrımcılığın demografik öncüllerine ve işyerinde engelli bireylere yönelik tutumlara yer verilmiş ve bu konuda oluşturulabilecek sosyal politika önerilerinde bulunulmuştur.

Many people are exposed to prejudiced attitudes and discriminatory behavior in all areas of social life because of their different characteristics. Among other elements of diversity, disability represented at a high rate in society. Due to accidents and possible age-related loss of function, each person is likely to be a potential disabled person in the future. In this sense, every study on attitudes towards people with disabilities in society and changing negative attitudes has great importance. The prejudiced attitudes of the society are getting away disabled people from social benefits. And the prejudiced attitudes set barrier to employment opportunities that are required to maintain their lifes and not be dependent on other people. In this study, some theories about the relationship between reasons of prejudices and discriminatory behaviors, demographic antecedent of disability discrimination, attitudes towards disabled people at work are discussed and social policy suggestions are given in this regard. their children, identify topics that can be studied with parents, explain how spirituality can be used while working with bereaved parents, and provide information about how child mourning can be considered within spiritual counseling. This study also presents spiritual resources that can be utilized while working with religious families. The main purpose is to create a framework and to contribute to the counseling process by offering spiritual resources to counselors who will work with religious families that have experienced child loss. The review explains the process of grief and grief theories before discussing topics identified on the basis of the meaning reconstruction model, one of the grief theories, from a spiritual counseling perspective. This will demonstrate that there are spiritually oriented techniques that can be used while working with bereaved families.
