Bu çalışmada Ocak 1992, Ocak 1993 tarihleri arasında Ankara Üniversitesi Tıp Fakültesi Psikiyatri adölesan polikiliniğine başvuran 576 kişiye ait veriler, DSM-III-R’ye göre teşhis dağılımıa bakılarak, retrospektif olarak incelenmiştir. Konulan tanılarda en büyük grubu, ilk kez çocukluk ve ergenlik döneminde görülen bozukluklar oluştururken, 2. sırada nevrotik ve somatoform bozukluklar, 3. sırada şizofreni ve psikotik bozukluklar, 4. sırada duygudurum bozuklukları gelmektedir. Tanılarn bazı sosyodemografik faktörlerle ilişkisi de değerlendirilmiştir.

The files of 576 cases who applied to the adolescent department of Psychiatry Clinic of Medical Faculty of Ankara University, between January 1992 and January 1993 were retrospectively evaluated to see the distribution of DSM III-R diagnoses. The disorders usually first evident in infancy, childhood or adolescence were the most common causes for contact. Second group was neurotic and somatoform disorders; schizophrenia and other psychotic disorders were less common and the least common were those with affective disorders. The relation of the diagnoses and socio-demographic variables are discussed.
