Hücum Tedavisi Sürecinin Engelli Çocuğa Sahip Bireylerin Umutsuzluk ve KaygıDüzeyleri Üzerindeki Etkisi

Bu çalışmada hücum terapisiyle başlayan terapi sürecinin engelli çocuğa sahip ebeveynlerin kaygı düzeyleri ile
umutsuzluk düzeyleri üzerindeki etkisi incelenmiştir. Çalışmanın evrenini 2017 yılında İzmir Buca ilçesinde, bir
özel eğitim rehabilitasyon merkezine devam eden çocukların ebeveynleri oluşturmaktadır. Çalışma, deney ve
kontrol gruplu ön-test, son-test modeline dayalı deneysel bir çalışmadır. Ölçekleri doldurmayı kabul eden anne
ya da baba olmak üzere 40 kişiye Beck Umutsuzluk Ölçeği ile Spielberger Durumluk-Sürekli Kaygı Envanteri
uygulanmıştır. Umutsuzluk düzeyi hafif ve orta düzeyde, kaygı puanı yüksek olan, 10 gönüllü çalışmaya
alınmıştır. Bu kriterlere uyan 10 kişi de kontrol grubu olarak belirlenmiştir. Çalışma grubundaki kişilere hücum
terapisi uygulanmış, kontrol grubuyla herhangi bir çalışma yapılmamıştır. Çalışma Şubat-Eylül 2017 ayları
arasında tamamlanmıştır. Çalışma sonucunda terapiye alınan kişilerin hem umutsuzluk düzeyleri düşmüş hem de
sürekli kaygı puanlarında azalma olmuştur. Kontrol grubunun puanlarında anlamlı bir değişim olmamıştır.
The Effect of the Attack Therapy Process on the Anxiety and Hopelessness Levels of theParents Who Have Disabled Children
In this study, the effect of the therapy process, which started with attack therapy, on the state-trait anxiety level
and hopelessness level of the parents who have disabled children was examined. The universe of the study
constitutes the parents of children who continue to a special education rehabilitation center in the Buca province
of Izmir in 2017. The study is an experimental study based on pre-test, post-test model with experimental and
control group. The Beck Hopelessness Scale and the Spielberger State-Trait Anxiety Inventory were applied to
40 subjects, including parents, who agreed to fill the scales. Ten volunteers with mild and medium hopelessness
level and high anxiety scores were included to study. Ten people who met these criteria were also identified as
control groups. Attack therapy was applied to the subjects in the study group, and no study was conducted with
the control group. The study was completed between February and September 2017. As a result of the study, the
level of hopelessness and trait anxiety decreased. There was no significant change in the scores of the control
group
