Bu çalışmanın amacı ülkemizde, doğrudan hemşirelikle ilgili olan yasal metinlerdeki açık ya da gömülü ifadeler üzerinden kadın ruh sağlığına ilişkin atıfları ortaya çıkarmaktır. Bu amaçla birincil veri olarak, hemşireliğin ülkemizde yasal ve etik boyutunu konumlandıran dört temel metin üzerinde çalışılmıştır. Bu çalışma sürecinde hemşirelik mesleğinin temel yasal metinlerinin cinsiyete özgü olmayıp, tüm hasta ve sağlıklı bireyler ile grup ve toplumla ilgili olduğu görülmüştür. Bu nedenle veri analizinde "ruh sağlığının boyutları" temelinde metinlerdeki ruh sağlığı ile bağlantılı ifadelere odaklanılmıştır. Bu çalışmanın sonunda, ülkemizde hemşirelikle ilgili dört yasal metinde, bu çalışma için ruh sağlığının göstergesi olarak kabul edilen yedi ögenin de hemşirelerin bakım sunumunda yerine getirmesi gereken görevler olarak yer aldığı saptanmıştır. Ayrıca metinler arasında "hemşirelerin rol ve sorumlulukları" açısından kayda değer bir uyum olduğu görülmüştür.

The purpose of this study is to reveal references to women's mental health through explicit or buried expressions in legal texts related to direct nursing in our country. For this purpose, we have studied four basic texts that position the legal and ethical dimension of nursing as the primary data for the country. In this study, it was seen that the basic legal texts of the nursing profession were not sex specific but related to all patients and healthy individuals, groups and societies.For this reason, data analysis focuses on statements related to mental health in texts based on "dimensions of mental health". At the end of this study, it was determined that in the four legal texts of nursing in our country, the seven purges considered to be indicative of mental health for this study were included as tasks that nurses should perform in the care presentation. It has also been found that there is a considerable harmony between texts in terms of "roles and responsibilities of nurses".
