Grup dinamikleri, grup lideri ve grup üyeleri arasındaki etkileşimi ve bu etkileşimin grubun yapısı, gelişmesi ve amacıyla olan bağlantısını inceler. Grup dinamikleri bireysel psikoloji, sosyal psikoloji ve sosyoloji olmak üzere üç farklı disiplinin bileşimidir. Bu disiplinlerden herbirinin kendi kuramsal kabulleri ve farklı dilleri vardır. Bu bölümde, grubun yapısı veya amacından bağımsız olarak, grup yaşamının her grupta bir dereceye kadar geçerli yönleri ve grup süreçleri tartışılmıştır. Group dynamics is concerned with the interactions between the group leader and the members, and the relation of this interaction to the structure, development and the goals of the group. It is a composition of three different disciplines, including individual psychology, social psychology and sociology. Each of these disciplines has a theoretical assumption of its own and a distinctive language. In this article, group processes and certain aspects of group life which are valid for every group to some extent are discussed independent of its structure and goals. Understanding these processes will lead to an increase in the conciousness for the complicated events in groups.
