Bu makalede, psikoanalitik terapide son yıllarda görülen bazı değişiklikler, bu değişikliklere kaynak oluşturan bulgular ve bu değişikliklerin terapiye olan yansıması gözden geçirilmektedir. Bu değişimlerin etkisiyle beliren psikoterapiye ilişkisel yaklaşım da anlatılmakta ve ilişkisel yaklaşımın terapiye ve terapist rollerine etkisi değerilendirilmektedir.

In this article, some recent changes in the psychoanalytic therapy, research findings that forced such changes, and the reflection of these changes on therapy are revievved. The relational approach to psychotherapy which emerged as an effect of the changes is explained and the impact of the relational approach to therapy and the role of the therapist is evaluated.
