Sanrı mı korozyon mu? Gastrointestinal sistemde doğaüstü varlıkların olduğu biçimde bir sanrı şeklinde beliren özefiyal striktür

Sanrıları ve bu sanrılarla ilişkili somatik yakınmaları olan hastalarda, bu yakınmaların kökenini
tespit edebilmek zor olabilmektedir. Bu olgu sunumunda içinde cinler olduğuna inanan ve onları beslememek
için kusan bir hastada kusmanın sürmesi üzerine yapılan endoskopik incelemede sabun
parçaları yuttuğu belirlenmiştir. Hasta içindeki cinleri temizlemek için sabun parçaları yuttuğunu belirtmiştir.
Sanrıları olan hastaların somatik yakınmalarında ileri tetkik yapılması önemlidir.
Delusion or corrosion? Esophageal stricturepresenting as delusion of supernatural beingsin the gastrointestinal tract
In patients with delusions which are related with somatic symptoms, it can be difficult to determine the
origin of these complaints. In this case report, in a patient believing that there were genies within and
having persistent vomiting not to feed them, endoscopic examination performed up on persistent
vomiting, revealed ingested pieces of soap. The patient stated that she ingested pieces of soap to clean
the genies. It is important that advanced investigations should be performed in delusional patients with
somatic symptoms.
