Duygusal Güçlendirme Eğitimi Programının Annelerin Duygusal Zeka Düzeylerine Etkisi

Bu araştırmada, annelere verilen Duyguları Güçlendirme Eğitiminin annelerin duygusal zeka düzeylerine etkisi incelenmiştir. Çalışmanın örneklemini 60 aylık çocuğu olan 20 anne oluşturmuştur. Araştırma da, öntest-sontest kontrol gruplu deneysel desen uygulanmış, 10 anne deney, 10 anne de kontrol grubunu oluşturmuştur.
Annelerin duygusal zeka düzeyleri Yılmaz ve Ergin (1999) tarafından adaptasyonu yapılan Duygusal Zeka Ölçeği ile ölçülmüştür. Verilerin analizinde Mann Whitney U testi ve Wilcoxon testi kullanılmıştır.
Elde edilen bulgular, Duyguları Güçlendirme Eğiti¬minin deney grubundaki annelerin duygusal zeka düzeylerini artırmada etkili bir yöntem olduğunu göstermiştir.
In this study, the effect of a training program for strengthening emotions on the emotional intelligence levels of mothers was examined. The sample of this study included 20 volunteer mothers, each of vvhom had a 60 month-old child. The pre-test and post-test experimental control group design was used, 10 mothers being the experimental group, while the other 10 being the control group.
Mothers’ emotional intelligence levels were measured by ‘Emotional intelligence Scale’, adopted into Turkish by Yilmaz and Ergin (1999). Mann Whitney U Test and Wilcoxon Test were used to analyze the data.
The results showed that the training program for strengthening emotions was an effective method to increase mothers’ emotional intelligence level.
