Anksiyete ve konversiyon bozukluğu acil servislerde sık karşılaşılan ve acil girişim gerektiren klinik durumlardır. Anksiyete ve konversiyon hastalarının tıbbi ve nörolojik ayırıcı tanısı büyük önem taşımaktadır. Erken tanı ve girişimler belirtilerin kronikleşmesini önlemek açısından önemlidir. Bu yazının amacı, hekimlere anksiyete ve konversiyon bozuklukları nedeniyle acil servise başvuran hastaları değerlendirmek ve tedavi etmek için uygun yöntemler önermektir.

The approach to patient of anxiety or conversion Anxiety and conversion disorder are frequent admission reason which need emergent intervention at emergency units. The medical and neurological differential diagnosis of anxiety and conversion patients should be taken into consideration. Early diagnosis and interventions are crucial to prevent from development of the chronic clinic signs. The aim of this article is to propose physicians the appropriate ways to assess and treat patients who visit the emergency unit and suffer from anxiety and conversion disorders.
