İş doyumu endüstri ve danışma psikolojisinin önem verdiği konulardan birisidir ve iş doyumunu ölçme çalışmaları literatürde önemli bir yer tutmaktadır. Bu çalışmada, bireylerin işlerinden aldıkları doyumu belirlemekte kullanılmak üzere bir doyum ölçeği geliştirilmiş ve ölçeğin geçerlik ve güvenirliğine ilişkin bulgular sunulmuştur.

Job satisfaction is one of the importons areas with which industry and counseling psychology deals. Accordingly; studies about measuring job satisfaction occupies a significant place in the literature. In this study, a job satisfaction scale which is developed to determine the level of the satisfaction that the individuals get from their jobs and the findings related to the validity and reliability of the scale are presented.
