Meslek Değerlerinden "Bağımsızlık, İş Güvenliği ve Statü"ye İlişkin Ölçek Maddelerinin Geliştirilmesi

Gençlerin işe ait olan değerlerinin yaşa bağlı olarak değiştiği bilinmektedir. Gençlerde bir yandan gelecekteki yaşantılarını sürdürebilmek içİn Statü ve para kazanma gibi değerler gelişirken bir yandan da topluma hizmet etme isteği oluşmaktadır. Bu araştırmada, Bağımsızlık, İş Güvenliği ve Prestij alanlarını ölçen maddeler geliştirilmiştir. 65 madde içinden 10x3=30 madde seçilmiştir. 85 kişiye uygulanmış olan sonuçlar, madde analizi yapılarak alt ve üst gruplar t testi ile seçilmiştir. Bu maddelerin daha sonra iç tutarlılıkları Cronbach alfa ile hesaplanmıştır.
Developing a Scale Which Deals With Vocational Values that are Independence, Security and Status
It` s known that occupational values of young persons are developed according to the age. The occupational values like status, and earning money and the wish of helping to society develops in youth too. In this study same items are developed that measures the fields as Independence, iab Security and Prestige. 10x3=30 itenis are chosed from 65 items. For this reason items ar applied to 85 people, item analyze has made to the results of bottom and upper groups have diased with t test. Then the internal consistency of tliese items solved with Cronbacli alfa.
