Hamilelikle sonuçlanan kardeş ensesti olguları

Ensest, katılımcıların yaşına ve rızasına bakılmaksızın yakın akrabalar arasındaki herhangi bir cinsel ilişki olarak tanımlanmaktadır. Sunulan olgular; birisi ağabeyi tarafından diğeri de erkek kardeşi tarafından cinsel istismara maruz kalma sonucu hamile kalan ergenlerdir. Ağabeyi tarafından cinsel istismara maruz kalan ergende abortus yapılmıştır. Diğer ergen ise bebeğini doğurmuştur. Ergenlerde saptanan ruhsal patolojiler travma sonrası stres bozukluğu, major depresif bozukluk, intihar girişimi ve disosiyatif amnezidir. Sunumumuzda ensest mağduru hamile ergenlerin yaşadığı psikolojik ve sosyal zorluklar tartışılmıştır.
Cases of sibling incest resulting in pregnancy
Incest is defined as any form of sexual contact between immediate relatives without regarding the ages, and con-sent of the participants. The cases presented are two adolescents impregnated as a result of sexual abuse from their brothers (one case from the older brother and the other case from the younger brother). The adolescent who was impregnated by her older brother underwent abortus. The other adolescent on the other hand gave birth to her baby. The mental pathologies diagnosed in the adolescents are posttraumatic stres disorder, major depres-sive disorder, suicide and dissociative amnesia. Our presentation is a discussion of the psychological and social difficulties experienced by pregnant adolescents who were victims of incest.
