Amaç: Yataklı rehabilitasyon ve tedavisistemleri olan ?Rezidental Tedavi Merkezleri (RTM)? çoklu girişimleri bir arada sunabilme avantajından dolayı tüm dünyada çocukluk çağı cinsel istismarı (ÇCİ) olgularının tedavisinde yaygın olarak kullanılmaktadır. ?Oğuz Kağan Köksal Sosyal Bakım ve Rehabilitasyon Merkezi? Türkiye'de ÇCİ kurbanı kızlara hizmet veren ilk RTM'dir. Bu çalışmada kuruluşundan bu yana geçen altı yıllık sürede merkezde tedavi gören hastaların sosyodemografik, klinik ve izleme bulguları sunulmuştur. Yöntem: Çalışmaya ÇCİ, ihmal veya diğer bir tipte olumsuz yaşam deneyimi öyküsü olan, tedavi ve korunma gereksinimi olan 8-18 yaşlarında 152 kız olgu alındı. İstimara özgü değişkenlere ve demografik bilgilere dosya kayıtlarından ulaşıldı. Yatış ve taburculuk sırasında Çocuklar için Beck Depresyon Ölçeği, Maudsley Obsesif Kompulsif Soru Listesi, Çocuklar için Durumluk-Sürekli Kaygı Ölçeği-1, -2, Klinik Global İzlem uygulandı. Bulgular: ÇCİ öyküsü 120 kız tarafından bildirilmiştir.Olguların yarısına yakınına travma son-rası stres bozukluğu, %23.7'si ne sınır kişilik bozukluğu, %21.1'i ne yıkıcı davranış bozuklukları, %9.2'si ne bipolar bozukluk tanısı konmuştur. Tedavide, olguların %95.4'ü en az bir psikotropik ilaç kullanmıştır. En sık kullanılan ilaçlar antipisikotiklerdir ve kızların %81.4'ü ne uygulanmıştır. Ayrıca, olguların %51.7'si duygudurum düzenleyici, %25.5'i antidepresan ilaçlar kullanmıştır. Tüm psikometrik test ortalamalarında, tedavi sonunda başlangıca göre anlamlı düzelme görülmüştür. Sonuç: Bulgularımız sunulan sistemin ÇCİ kurbanı çocuk ve ergenlerde yararlı olduğunu des-tekler niteliktedir.Bu çalışma, ülkemizde bu alanda ilk RTM verilerini içermesinden dolayı önemlidir. Bu öncü veriler yeni açılacak benzerlerine çıkış noktaları sağlayabilir.

Objective: Inpatient rehabilitation and treatment systems, theResidential Treatment Centers (RTC) are widely used in the treatment of childhood sexual abuse (CSA) cases and offer the advantages of keeping a combination of several applications. ?Oguz Kagan Koksal Social Care and Rehabitation Center? is the first RTC in Turkey providing services to girl CSA victims. In this study, demographic, clinical and follow-up findings of patients treated in this center since the establishment of the six [year] period will be presented. Methods: This study included 152 girls aged between 8-18 [year]s who had histories of CSA, neglect or other kinds of adverse experiences, and in need for treatment or protect-tion. Demographic and abuse-specific data were obtained from file records. The Child Beck Depression Inventory, the Trait-State Anxiety Inventory-1, -2, the Moudsley Obsessive Compulsive Questionnaire, and the Clinical Global Im-pressionScale were administered at the beginning and at the end of the treatment period. Results: A history of CSA was reported by 120 girls. Almost half of the cases were diagnosed as posttraumatic stress disorder, 23.7% as bor-derline personality disorder, 21.1% as destructive behavior disorders, and 9.2 as bipolar disorder. In the treatment, 95% of cases taken at least one psychotropic medication. The most commonly used drugs were antipsychotics, and given in treatment of 81.4% of girls. In addition, 51.7% of cases taken mood stabilizers, and 25.5% of them took anti-depressants. Mean score of all psychometric tests were improved significantly at the end point compared to the base-line. Conclusion: Our findings support the usefulness of the system presented herein for child and adolescent victims of CSA. This studyis importantbecause it involvesdata fromthe firstRTM in our countryin this field. These pio-neering results can provide new starting points for similar institutions to be established in Turkey.
